We incorporate resistance training throughout the class both when seated and standing while listening to your favorite oldies but goodies music. The class flow is designed to keep your body and joints moving in a whole new way. You can even practice some of the chair lunges in your own living room to keep your energy and fitness level up! All participants will be walking on the track two times during the class to give your chair a rest from all your Russian twists, arm curls, leg scissors and chair running! You control the intensity by the number of platform risers you place underneath the bench!
