Step aerobics has all the benefits of a high intensity cardio workout without putting stress on the joints. Using the step benches, rises and weights throughout class, it’s a matter of sculpting your legs and core to the max. It’s a high intensity class that includes plank jacks, mountain climbers, pushups and chest exercises as well. You control the intensity by the number of platform risers you place underneath the bench! This class will improve your overall fitness by building strength, reducing fat and boosting your cardiovascular health, feeling on top of the world afterwards!
